1. Platform Role

BIIITE is a technology platform that enables users to place orders with campus canteens. BIIITE does not own or operate the canteens listed on the platform.

2. Payment Processing

Payments on BIIITE may be processed in two ways:

• By BIIITE, on behalf of certain vendors
• Directly by the vendor using their own payment gateway

The applicable payment method is clearly shown at checkout.

3. Order Responsibility

All orders are prepared and fulfilled by the respective canteen/vendor. BIIITE is not responsible for food preparation, quality, or delivery timing.

4. Refunds & Disputes

For orders processed by BIIITE, users may contact BIIITE support.

5. Contact Transparency

Each vendor's contact details are made available at the time of ordering for support related to their services.
