No. Biiite runs on any modern browser — Android tablets, iPads, Windows and Mac laptops, even your existing billing machine's touchscreen. Thermal printers plug in via USB or Bluetooth.
You do, fully. You can export everything — orders, items, staff, ledgers — as CSV at any time. If you leave we hand over the archive and delete it from our side within 30 days.
Monthly. Cancel any month, no cancellation fee. Annual plans exist if you want a discount and predictability — they're optional, never the default.
